Two funny visitors at school! :)

This morning, in the English lesson, we had the visit of two really nice kittens. Nadia (3rd C) is their owner, so she told us about their characteristics, likes and other interesting things.
Thank you very much for coming to our school and collaborating!

A visitor at school!

This morning, in the English lesson, we had a really nice visitor, Lucy.
Eli Castillo, her owner, described her lovely pet to her classmates and they also asked questions related to Lucy (What breed is it? What is her favourtie food? What does she like doing? Why did you want to have a pet? Is it nice or naughty? Does she like playing with you?...).
We want to thank Eli's mum and cousin for visiting us today and for collaborating. THANK YOU!

We celebrated Easter!

Last friday 18th April we celebrated EASTER in our school. In the English lessons, we worked on the Easter and spring vocabulary and the pupils learned many new words.
They also played some Easter games (computer games, board games, an Easter egg hunt in the playground...) and did activities in collaborative groups (a wordsearch, a crossword...), so they could help each other.
Here, you can have a look at the photos taken during the English lessons while pupils were playing and learning.
You can also check your exercises by having a look at the original games (with colour, instead of black and white).
**Excuse me for the lateness of this post...I was on Easter holidays and I forgot to do it! I am really sorry! :(

Having fun with Easter

Chocolate, coloured eggs, cute little bunnies, Easter egg hunts...! These are some of the examples of how many families of English speaking countries celebrate this festivity. Easter has always been an exciting time of year for many children all over the world.  Lots of families celebrate Easter spending a few hours on Friday or Saturday night just before Easter Sunday decorating Easter eggs. Others, enjoy making special baskets for their children that would be filled with yummy chocolates.
